You do. Your Google Business Profile, the reviews on it, your content and your domain stay in your name throughout, and they stay with you if you leave.
By text, email or WhatsApp after real work is done, in your business's name. A few gentle nudges follow over eight days and stop the moment they tap the link. We never write, buy or filter reviews.
Yes. Asking every customer for an honest review is exactly what Google's policy permits. What is not allowed is screening out unhappy customers, offering rewards for reviews, or writing them yourself, and we do none of those.
