Why Modern Playbook exists.
Most local businesses do excellent work and are invisible where their next customers look. They have nine Google reviews when the competitor down the road has ninety, a Google Business Profile that was set up once and never touched, and a website nobody can find. Not because they do not care, but because asking for reviews and keeping a profile alive is the job that never gets done when you are busy doing the actual work.
Modern Playbook exists to do that job for them. It started with the review system, because reviews are the thing that moves fastest and can be measured exactly, and grew into local SEO and AI search because the same inputs drive all three. It is UK-based, works with local businesses of every kind, and is run by one person on purpose.
