How does the review request reach my customers?
By text, email or WhatsApp, in your business's name, a couple of hours after the job is marked complete. The link opens the Google review box directly, so leaving a review takes about twenty seconds. Up to three gentle nudges follow over eight days, stopping the moment they tap the link, and nobody is asked twice within 90 days.
Is asking every customer for a review allowed?
Yes. Google's policy allows you to ask customers for honest reviews, and businesses are encouraged to do it. What is not allowed is screening out unhappy customers, offering rewards for reviews or writing them yourself. The system does none of those, which is also why it keeps working.
What if a customer leaves a bad review?
